An Everything and More Experience

Pond Bay is a luxury private residence club consisting of 50 three-bedroom cottages and villas on 15 secluded beachfront acres on the highly protected island of St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands. There are four different design options with all units featuring high ceilings, Brazilian hardwood floors and fully-equipped kitchens that combine classic qualities with state-of-the-art appliances and features to give members an “everything and more” experience in a comfortable elegant atmosphere.

Upon completion in 2008, Pond Bay will also be home to a 140-seat fine dining restaurant, a 12,000-square-foot world-renowned ESPA destination spa featuring relaxation rooms with tropical gardens, heat experiences with coral steam rooms, Vitality Pools, Body Jet Showers and Rock Saunas and a gym.

The villas are being sold in one-tenth fractions, each of which entitles members to five weeks usage per year (six for holiday memberships, which include Christmas and New Year’s weeks). The five weeks are allocated on a preferred rotating system and can be exchanged based on availability at sister properties, such as Isle de France Club on St. Barth.
