Decorated in Adirondack style, each of the luxury residences boast private porches, gourmet kitchens, heated slate bathroom floors, and dining and sitting areas.

Ownership is true, warrantee deeded real estate of a specific residence. Owners purchase the residence of their choice and return to it every time they stay. Ownership is available in 1/12th deeds (four weeks of the year).

Owners may trade for vacations in other luxury resorts and residences around the world through The Registry Collection of Fine Leisure Assets. An optional rental program gives owners the opportunity to earn rental income when not occupying their residence. Residences range from 700 to 3,600 square feet, and fractional ownership starts at $99,000.
